You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

We may offer promotional shipping discounts from time to time.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
BurlyDudeCo™ is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order ships.

🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of beard oil products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging

We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Unopened Products

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must:
• Be unused
• In original packaging
• In resellable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
